Recent graduates from Nigeria (graduated between 2022 and 2024)
Must have completed NYSC or will complete it by June 2025
Must have an interest in Finance
Academic standing of First Class or Second Class Upper
Stage 1: Online application – Complete and submit the online application form
Stage 2: Eligible candidates will be required to take both Aptitude and Technical tests:
The Aptitude test includes verbal reasoning, situational judgment, and numerical questions
The Technical test assesses your skills in the division you have chosen
Stage 3: Assessment center, which will include PowerPoint and Excel tests, as well as an interview
The programme consists of:
An online training course to be completed before the classroom training
A two-week classroom training session
A graduate programme at a leading company in Nigeria
The graduate programme is expected to begin around August 2025
SEO Africa is currently accepting applications for the Nigeria Career Programme.

You do not need to upload your university transcript during the online application process. However, if you are invited for an interview, you will be asked to produce a copy of the transcript during the interview.

SEO Africa candidates are placed in internships across the African continent. For the Nigeria programme, candidates will be placed with Nigerian companies.
SEO Africa also offers internship opportunities globally, across four continents, including the USA, UK, France, and Hong Kong
No, if you get accepted into the programme, you do not have to pay anything. You will actually receive compensation during your internship.
This will be a paid internship, however, your compensation can vary depending on the company you are placed in, you will be notified of your compensation before you begin your internship.
